Shipping Details

Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our Pooraka, SA warehouse. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order leaves our warehouse. For regional and remote areas, please allow an additional 5 days for delivery.

We offer free delivery on orders over $110. Please note that deliveries to PO Boxes incur a $15 charge.

Order Changes

Please double-check your order before submission. Once an online order is placed, we cannot change product selections, customer details, or delivery information.
